Närko Group is looking for a strategic Quality & Sustainability Manager to lead our quality, environmental, and safety work, while playing a key role in the management team.

This position includes primary responsibility for ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 management systems, as well as leading and improving the company’s occupational health and safety practices. You will ensure compliance with laws and standards, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and help create a safe and effective working environment.

We are looking for a candidate who:

  • Holds a degree in engineering or equivalent relevant education
  • Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation is desired
  • Experience with audits, chemical handling, and risk management is an advantage.
