Närko has a zero tolerance for discrimination, harassment, crime, corruption, and environmental violations. Equal treatment of our employees, customers and suppliers, and good business ethics are central to Närko’s operations. Therefore, we encourage all customers, partners, and our own employees to report any suspicions of fraud or unethical conduct.
What are you going to report?
Our whistleblowing routine only covers reporting of suspected fraud or otherwise fraudulent, dishonest, illegal, or negligent conduct. Our whistleblowing routine should not be used for customer complaints or for matters relating to individual disputes.
How are you going to report?
We would like you to report openly by entering your name and contact details, as all reported suspicions are still handled strictly confidentially. You can also choose to report anonymously. The system is separate from Närko’s other IT systems and does not track IP addresses or other data that can identify the person sending the message.
